The customer experience

What your guests experience, step by step.

The work is technical behind the scenes. For your customers, it should simply feel easy.

  1. 01

Guests find the correct opening times, address and booking link.

  2. 02

They quickly understand what makes your venue worth visiting.

  3. 03

They read the current menu comfortably on their phone.

  4. 04

They book, call or get directions without hunting for the right button.

  5. 05

After visiting, they receive a polite review request and an easy route back.

01

Layer 1

Mobile website — £500

Give visitors the information and buttons they need without making them search.

Included

  • A focused site for one independent venue
  • Current opening and food-service hours
  • Clear booking, call, directions and menu buttons
  • Mobile-first pages that load quickly and read clearly
  • Basic measurement of the actions that matter

Boundary: Your current booking, ordering, payment and gift-card tools stay in place.

02

Layer 2

Web menu — £500

Replace hard-to-read PDFs and images with one menu that works on phones and QR codes.

Included

  • Up to two active menus, 12 sections and 100 items at launch
  • One stable menu link and a printable QR code
  • Readable prices, descriptions and approved dietary markers
  • A simple approval process for menu changes
  • Checks for missing prices, duplicate items and expired specials
  • A saved fallback so the menu never disappears after a failed update

Boundary: The menu can be updated through the agreed process. It does not automatically read till stock, change prices or guess allergens.

03

Layer 3

Review follow-up — £300

Ask genuine guests for a review consistently without pressuring them or hiding unhappy feedback.

Included

  • One agreed way to confirm a genuine visit
  • One review platform, normally Google
  • One neutral review request and one optional reminder
  • An owner-approved message and sending rule
  • Opt-out checks before any return marketing
  • A person remains responsible for complaints and public replies

Boundary: No review gating, rewards for reviews, bought lists, cold messages or automatic public replies.

After go-live

We keep it working after launch.

The £100 monthly maintenance covers hosting, monitoring, backups, normal fixes, routine menu support and a short monthly summary of the actions that matter.

New pages, large menu rewrites, campaigns, integrations and major changes are quoted before work starts.

Delivery

Four clear steps from free audit to launch.

  1. 01

    Free audit

We check the public website, menu and review route.

  2. 02

    Approve the scope

You receive the fixed price, delivery plan and a short list of what we need.

  3. 03

    Build and approve

We build the website, menu and follow-up; you approve the facts and messages.

  4. 04

    Launch and maintain

We put it live, monitor it and handle normal maintenance for £100 per month.

Fit

A good fit for owner-led venues that need a clearer online route.

Strong fit

  • Mobile website or menu is difficult to use or keep current
  • Website, Google, booking and social facts conflict
  • One person can approve copy and one person owns menu changes
  • Existing booking or guest-contact tools can remain in place
  • Reviews and repeat local custom materially influence trust

Probably not a fit

  • The venue wants bought, incentivised or selectively requested reviews
  • No one will own menu, allergen, price or message approval
  • A complex till, ordering or multi-site integration must be included from day one
  • The venue expects guaranteed bookings, revenue, rankings or reviews
  • The only goal is to add a fashionable AI feature

See the problems before you pay for the build.

The audit is free and takes four fields to request.
